Thank you for your inquiry regarding the online training modules.
The training content is reviewed and updated on a periodic basis to maintain accuracy and relevance. Each time the online modules are updated, the Online Training Status resets because the new modules have not been reviewed. This is explained in the Notices section on your Profile Page as well as in the HUD list serv update announcement sent out on September 27th, 2019, “HUD also recommends you note your online module completion status, which is accessible in your website profile, as modules will be replaced and module status reset.”
The content changes are noted in the Revision History on the website.
